Ceist:26 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications if he has any plans to introduce a grant scheme for the construction of hotels.
Written Answers. - Hotel Construction Investment.
I have no plans at present to introduce a grant scheme for the construction of hotels.
However, investment in a range of accommodation, including the construction of hotels, currently qualifies for tax relief at preferential rates under the capital allowances facility.
