Andrew Boylan
Ceist:67 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Finance if he will list the lakes and rivers in State ownership for which a licence is required to shoot over; if he will make a statement on the matter.

A list of lakes for which foreshore licences are required is set out hereunder. Hunting over the tidal areas of all rivers requires a permit under section 30 of the Wildlife Act, 1976.
