Ceist:109 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice when the application of a person (details supplied) in Cork will be adjudicated upon by the Land Registry; and when the outcome will be notified to her.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application referred to is a ground rents application about which it was necessary to issue a query to the applicant. The application cannot be processed further until this query has been satisfactorily discharged.
