By virtue of the Companies Act, 1990 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1991 (S.I. No. 17 of 1991), which I made on 13 May 1991, section 246 of the Companies Act, 1990, is among those provisions of the Act which will come into operation on 1 July 1991.
