Ceist:63 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for the Marine whether any grants are available for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo who used a coastal passage for access to about seven acres of his farm but who now finds that this part of his property is land-locked because the coast passage was washed away in last year's flooding.
