Ceist:52 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.
Written Answers. - Tax Refund.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer submitted a claim for a refund of tax around 3 May 1991. However, as there was no P45 on file pertaining to his last employment details of pay had to be requested. The necessary information was obtained on 29 May 1991 and a balancing statement prepared. A cheque in the sum of £63.79 was issued to him on 13 June 1991.
