O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment his views on whether the failure to complete the sewerage scheme in Leap, County Cork is now giving rise to a major nuisance and health hazard for the residents of the village; if he will confirm that the completion of this scheme will be given high priority; and if he will also confirm that he has completed his consideration of the proposal to complete stages two and three of the proposed scheme; and when he expects the work to commence.
