Ceist:146 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice if a land transfer (details supplied) in County Cork has been completed.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application referred to is an application to amend boundaries.
The documents were lodged in the Land Registry in August 1990 but they were returned to Cork County Council on 11 September 1990 and a number of queries were issued. The documents were relodged but they were rejected on 28 March 1991, 11 June 1991 and 15 June 1991 as on each occasion replies to queries were still outstanding and the documents lodged were not in order for registration.
The documents have not been relodged for registration to date.
