Ceist:161 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for the Environment when his Department will grant-aid the sewerage scheme at Rockcorry, County Monaghan.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 160 and 161 together.
Contract documents for the Newbliss and Rockcorry sewerage schemes were approved in November, 1990. A proposal for the carrying out of site investigation works for both schemes was approved in April 1991. The results of these works and the submission of tenders for the main schemes are awaited in the Department. The question of funding does not arise at this stage.
