186 Dr. Fitzpatrick asked the Minister for Health if he will give details of ownership of a portion of land (details supplied) on the Navan Road, Dublin 7; if he will outline the plans he has for this land; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
It is assumed that the site referred to by the Deputy is that which is situated north of the rear of the Dunard Estate, south of Land Registry Folio No. 5238 and west of Land Registry Folio No. 44246F. The land in question was acquired by the Minister of Health in 1947 under the St. Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943. Arrangements are now being made for this land to be sold on the open market.
