Ceist:157 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his attention has been drawn to the fact that owing to pressure of work, his Department's office in Limerick is refusing to issue certificates to farmers who have been included in the new disadvantaged areas; when his Department will be in a position to issue these certificates confirming that the herds relate to a disadvantaged area; if his attention has further been drawn to the fact that these farmers are entitled to a refund of the co-responsibility levy from 22 July 1991 and that the delay is causing unnecessary financial hardship; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
