23 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Education if tenders have been invited for the provision of a permanent extension to Minane Bridge school, in Cork as promised in his predecessor's letter of 20 June 1991; when construction will commence and when it is expected to be completed.
The preparation of tender documents for the proposed extension to Minane Bridge national school, County Cork is well advanced and these will be completed at the earliest possible date. The seeking of tenders for the project will arise at that stage. I am not in a position to say, at this point, when building construction will commence or be completed.
