Before our distinguished visitors leave the Distinguished Visitors Gallery it was my intention to announce to the House that we have happily with us today some members of the British House of Commons and the House of Lords in the persons of Mr. Ken Hind, Mr. Stuart Bell, Sir Giles Shaw, Lord Prys Davies, Mr. Martin Flannery, Mr. James Marshall and Mr. Kevin McNamara. I have already welcomed them at luncheon today but I should like to do so again in your name, to say how happy we are to have them with us and to wish them a happy time and boundless success in their serious deliberations in our city today and tomorrow.
