Ceist:131 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Defence if he will outline the obligations to undertake annual range practices with rifles and pistols in respect of (a) the Reserve Defence Forces and (b) Na Buan-Óglaigh; the number of men in (a) Slua Muirí, (b) the Naval Service, (c) the Air Corps, (d) the FCÁ and (e) the non-naval, non-air corps portion of Na Buan-Óglaigh who undertook such practices in 1990; and if he will indicate the 1990 average strength, by officers, NCOs and men of (1) Slua Muirí, (2) the Naval Service, (3) the Air Corps, (4) the FCA and (5) the non-naval, non-air corps element of Na Buan Óglaigh.
