Ceist:

68 Mr. Briscoe asked the Minister for Finance the total income and expenditure for the National Lottery Company for the last period for which figures are available; if he will give a complete breakdown of dispersals from the national lottery surplus during the same period.

The information sought by the Deputy with regard to the income and expenditure of An Post National Lottery Company is set out in the following tabular statement which is taken from the company's annual report for 1990, copies of which are available in the Library.

With regard to the dispersals from the national lottery fund, the information is set out in Annex I to the volume "Revised Estimates for the Public Services 1991", copies of which are also available in the Library.

Details of the individual spending programmes may be sought from the various Ministers concerned.
