Ceist:108 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Finance if he will outline the total number in each Government Department promoted to the staff officer grade in each year since 1981.

Promotions to the staff officer grade are normally made by Departments under delegated authority and, accordingly, my Department do not maintain the information sought by the Deputy.
