131 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Health if she will outline the number of establishment orders made under the Health Act, 1961, transferring health bodies which were companies limited by guarantee and which have been transformed into body corporates under this Act by ministerial order; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I presume the Deputy is referring to the Health (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1961.

The information in the format required is not readily available in my Department. However, the details are being compiled and when finalised I will forward them to the Deputy.
