Ceist:153 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork is waiting for a decision on his application for a contribution under the motorised transport for disabled persons regulations since February 1991, and has not received any communication from the Southern Health Board despite numerous approaches to them.
