154 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health if she will outline the evidence of the summary of clinical information contained in the post mortem report on a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
155 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health the reason an inquest was not held into the death of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the apparently conflicting hospital and other reports (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 154 and 155 together.
