Bruton asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the present position in regard to the legislation promised to amend the Extradition (European Convention on Suppression of Terrorism) Act, 1987, in the light of the Supreme Court judgments of 15 November 1991 in the Magee, Makee and Sloan cases.
