Ceist:132 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Justice if he will arrange to have outstanding sick pay paid as a matter of urgency to a person (details supplied) given the particular circumstances of the case.

This is at present being considered in consultation with the chief medical officer for the civil service and a decision on the grant of paid sick leave for the particular period in question will be issued shortly.
