139 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline the services which were provided by his Department for the Exchequer outturn of £1.5 million under the heading of miscellaneous environmental services; and if he will further outline the changes which will take place under this heading in 1992 in view of the fact that the 1992 Estimate is only £0.7 million.
I presume the question arises from the Summary Public Capital Programme 1992 which showed the provisional 1991 Exchequer outturn for miscellaneous environmental services in my Department's Vote at £1.75 million and the 1992 Estimate at £0.7 million. These figures are made up as follows:
