Ceist:141 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the progress made to date towards the establishment of the Court of Civil Appeal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A Courts and Court Officers Bill, which will include provisions to establish a court with jurisdiction to hear civil appeals, is being drafted at present, and I expect to introduce the Bill later this year.
