I move:
(1) That the following shall be substituted for the arrangements governing the sequence in which groups may avail of Private Members' time (set out in page 10 of the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges dated 18th December, 1990, and adopted by Resolution of the Dáil of 19th December, 1990, for the duration of the current Dáil):
(ii) the sequence in which the groups may exercise this right shall be as follows—
