Ceist:300 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Health when the expects the next phase of development at the General Hospital, Mullingar, County Westmeath to commence.

The Midland Health Board have been instructed to proceed to obtain tenders for the next phase of the development, Phase 2A, at the General Hospital, Mullingar.
It is expected that these tenders will be received by the board by mid-1992.
The timing of acceptance of tenders and commencement of construction will then be considered.
