119 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the proposed sewerage scheme for West End and Rathmore PO, County Kerry, which includes the western side of Rathmore village and Rathmore townland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A preliminary report for a proposed sewerage scheme to serve Rathmore West is under consideration in my Department. Having regard to the existing level of commitments under the water and sanitary services programme, I am not in a position to indicate when there will be a decision on the scheme.
