Report of Committee of Selection.

The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Deputies Brendan Kenneally (Minister of State at the Department of Tourism, Transport and Communications), Willie O'Dea (Minister of State at the Department of Justice), Dan Wallace (Minister of State at the Department of the Environment) and Mary Wallace from the Select Committee on Crime and has appointed Deputies Michael Barrett, Gerard Brady, Mary Coughlan and Micheál Martin in substitution for them; that it has discharged Deputies Michael Ahern (Minister of State at the Department of Industry and Commerce) and Noel Dempsey (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) from the Committee of Public Accounts and has appointed Deputies Seán Calleary and Denis Lyons in substitution for them; that it has discharged Deputies John Browne (Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food) and Mary Coughlan from the Joint Services Committee and has appointed Deputies Ivor Callely and John O'Leary in substitution for them; that it has discharged Deputy David Andrews (Minister for Foreign Affairs) from the Joint Committee on the Irish Language and has appointed Deputy Séamus Kirk in substitution for him; that it has discharged Deputies Brian Cowen (Minister for Labour) and Willie O'Dea (Minister of State at the Department of Justice) from the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business) and has appointed Deputies Ivor Callely and John O'Donoghue in substitution for them; and that it has discharged Deputies David Andrews (Minister for Foreign Affairs), Tom Kitt (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) and Dan Wallace (Minister of State at the Department of the Environment) from the Joint Committee on Women's Rights and has appointed Deputies Ivor Callely, Mary Coughlan and Séamus Cullimore in substitution for them.
