Ceist:58 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for the Marine in whom the fishing rights for the River Caragh, Killorglin, County Kerry are vested.
I propose to take Question Nos. 57 and 58 together.
I wish to place on record that ownership or title to private fisheries is not a matter for my Department.
Accordingly, I am not in a position to provide the information requested. The ownership of any particular fishery would normally be established by a search in the Land Registry or Registry of Deeds.
