Ceist:66 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications if, in view of the fact that all three vacancies existed at the same time and that the two ordinary directors were appointed prior to the departure of her predecessor, she will outline the reasons for the delay in filling the worker-director vacancy on the board of Aer Lingus, and when she intends to meet the terms of the Worker Participation Act which requires that a worker/director be appointed.
