127 Mr. Browne (Carlow/Kilkenny) asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of his reply to a parliamentary question on Thursday, 6 February 1992, he will now outline when he expects to give approval to the extension of the water supply to Hacketstown from the north regional scheme.

Carlow County Council have been requested to supply additional technical documentation in relation to this proposal which was recently received in my Department. Until this documentation has been received and examined it is not possible to indicate when a decision will be made.
