I propose to take Questions Nos. 128, 129, 131 and 132 together.

Government policy in relation to the accommodation of travellers is outlined in the Programme for Economic and Social Progress (Section IV Paragraph 84), and in A Plan for Social Housing (pages 16 and 17). Circular letter N6/91 issued on 1 May 1991 to housing authorities further amplified these policy guidelines and gave directions to the authorities in relation to their response to travellers' needs. Copies of the documents referred to are in the Oireachtas Library.
