Ceist:142 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve the brief submitted to his Department by Mayo County Council in respect of a preliminary report for a sewerage scheme at Achill Sound, County Mayo.

The design brief for this scheme is under consideration in my Department. I cannot say at this stage when a decision will be made.
