Ceist:

97 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Finance if, in respect of the refurbishment of the old College of Science for the new Government office complex at Merrion Street, Dublin 2, he will outline, (1) the total cost of the complex, including total construction costs, professional/consultant/technical advice costs, furniture and specialist fittings, art work costs and any other miscellaneous expenses.

The cost of refurbishment of the old College of Science for the Department of the Taoiseach and the Oireachtas was budgeted at £17.6 million. The project was completed for £17.447 million which included the cost of building works, fees, furniture and fittings, artworks etc.
