145 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice the reasons his Department have failed to return or respond to telephone requests for information regarding a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 despite assurances to the contrary.

My office has now responded to the telephone requests received for information on the case mentioned in the question. The delay in responding was due to an oversight because of pressure of other work in the office concerned.
