Ceist:247 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline the total cost of the Glanmire by-pass and the length of time it took to complete.

Pending finalisation of the accounts for the Glanmire by-pass, the best estimate of outturn cost available is £35 million. Construction of the by-pass commenced in February 1986 and is now completed apart from some landscaping.
