Ceist:137 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make funds available to Dublin County Council to build two group housing schemes for travellers at the Navan Road in Dublin 7 and Parlickstown, Mulhuddart; and if he will allocate these funds from available moneys for settlement of travellers and not from the inadequate housing capital grant which will only allow 55 houses to be built in County Dublin in 1992.
