Ceist:151 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the submission made by a resident's association (details supplied) in County Limerick to his predecessor for grant aid to repair defects in the roofs of their houses; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that this scheme was built by the National Housing Agency; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
