155 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a beef subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Theresa Ahearn

Ceist:

156 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a cattle headage grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1991 cattle and equines headage scheme as he did not lodge an application before the closing date of 14 June 1991. His application was not received until 28 January 1992.

Bernard Allen

Ceist:

157 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, in view of his recent statement to Dáil Éireann, he will now review the application made by a person (details supplied) in County Cork for a beef subsidy in 1991 in view of the previous refusal to allow the grant because of a minor error in the application.

I have now arranged for this case to be reviewed.

Dinny McGinley

Ceist:

159 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a cattle headage payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

This applicant has already been paid his grants under the 1991 cattle and equines headage and suckler cow premium schemes. He did not apply for grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme.

Michael Creed

This applicant has already been paid his grant under the 1991 suckler cow premium scheme.
