Ceist:110 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice if his Department will now sanction land registration in respect of schedule numbers 89373 and 89375 in County Leitrim which were lodged in 1987 in the Land Registry.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the schedules in question are Land Commission schedules and that they are inter-linked. I am also informed that an outstanding query relating to one of the cases in question is likely to be resolved within a matter of days and that registration of the schedules will follow shortly thereafter.
