Ceist:

137 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health when a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will be awarded disabled person's maintenance allowance payments from the South-Eastern Health Board; and if he will expedite the approval so that he can commence his participation in a community workshop.

Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for decision by the relevant health board. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, South-Eastern Health Board with a request that he reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
