Ceist:169 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will undertake to provide the necessary finance in 1993 for the provision of a hard shoulder between Coolbawn and Railyard, County Kilkenny in the interests of road safety, in view of the fatal accidents that have taken place on this stretch of road during the last couple of years.
