Ceist:189 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will give details of the general regulations governing the starting up by farmers of pony trekking as part of an agri-tourism business.

There are no specific regulations applying to investments in pony trekking under the agri-tourism scheme. However the general conditions which must be satisfied are set out in the agri-tourism scheme document, a copy of which I have lodged in the Oireachtas Library.
