98 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice when a person (details supplied) in Cork will receive information regarding the registration of his wife's will as the probate went for registration in May 1991 and his solicitor has not heard anything since.
I have had inquiries made in this matter and I am informed that the application for a grant of administration was lodged in the principal Probate Registry in Dublin on 5 December, 1991. Queries were raised with solicitors acting in the case shortly thereafter.
The necessary papers dated 31 March 1992 were received in the Probate Registry from the solicitors on 1 April and a grant of administration issued from the Probate Registry on 3 April 1992.
