Ceist:226 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in paying headage to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.
This person's applications for grants under the 1991 cattle and equines headage, suckler cow premium and special beef premium schemes are being processed and if found in order payments will issue shortly.
Payment was delayed in this case because of a change of ownership of farm.
