121 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the date an application was received from a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6 for naturalisation; when a decision will be taken on the application; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
An application for a certificate of naturalisation in respect of the person in question was received in my Department on 31 January 1990. The application is being considered in accordance with the statutory provisions and it is expected that a decision will be made in the near future on completion of the usual procedures.
