Vol. 420 No. 3

Written Answers. - Limerick School Extension.

Michael Noonan

Ceist:

104 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Education if he has received tenders for the provision of extra classrooms at a school (details supplied) in County Limerick; when he expects to appoint a builder; when building will commence; when the new classrooms will be occupied, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Tenders for the proposed extension to the school in County Limerick referred to by the Deputy were received on 14 May 1992 and are being examined. Funding for this project has been included in the 1992 capital programme for national schools. Pending the outcome of the examination of the tenders, it is not possible to say when a builder will be appointed or when building will commence.
