Ceist:117 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Justice if he will give details of the number of prosecutions in each of the last three years arising from the inspection of public service vehicles.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that statistics are not compiled in a way that provides the information sought and to extract the information would require the expenditure of an unwarranted amount of Garda time and resources.
