Ceist:132 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Justice if he will make a statement on the Government's policy on political asylum, particularly in relation to the arrangements which were put in place in 1985, between the then Minister for Justice and the UN High Commissioner on Refugees; if his attention has been drawn to the unhappiness of Amnesty International about the operation of policy in this respect; and if he will take their views into account.
