Ceist:195 Mr. V. Brady asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications the number of illegal radio stations currently broadcasting in the Dublin area.

I refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question on 12 March 1992, columns 844-845 of the Official Report for that day. My Department believes that there are two illegal stations operating on a full time basis in the Dublin area with up to ten part-time (mainly weekend) stations.
