Ceist:246 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment when sanction will be given to the sale of a fee simple to the premises No. 19, Peter Street, Drogheda, County Louth to a person (details supplied).
Written Answers. - Sale of Drogheda (Louth) Premises.
An application from Drogheda Corporation, received in my Department on 2 June 1992 for consent to the disposal of the fee simple interest in these premises is at present being processed. A decision will be notified to the corporation as soon as possible.
